We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or freshness of any data
• That contact details are valid, current, or deliverable
• Any particular commercial result, including replies, leads, or conversions

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login details secure
• Take responsibility for activity carried out on your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to interfere with the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful marketing or communications
• Use data in breach of UK GDPR, PECR, or other applicable law
• Harass, mislead, or improperly target people or businesses
• Resell raw platform data without written permission
• Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform beyond permitted use

You are responsible for ensuring your use of SalvoAI complies with all laws and regulations relevant to your business.

5. Data Usage Disclaimer

SalvoAI may collect, organise, and present information sourced from public websites, company records, directories, APIs, and other third-party sources.

You acknowledge that such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or out of date. You should independently verify data before using it commercially.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
• You may cancel at any time
• Refunds are not provided unless required by law

Where a trial is offered, billing will begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand.

7. Credits and Usage Allowances

Your plan may include usage allowances such as lead credits or AI summary credits. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Credits do not roll over
• Credits have no cash value
• Credits are non-transferable
• Credits may expire according to your billing cycle or account status

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, design, and platform logic related to SalvoAI remain our property or the property of our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalvoAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses including loss of profits, lost sales, lost opportunities, interrupted business, or reliance on inaccurate data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service if:

• You breach these terms
• Your payment fails or is reversed
• We reasonably suspect misuse, unlawful conduct, or platform abuse

11. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will apply from the date they are published. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
